Here is an try to discuss in detail about some of the famous traditional dishes of the world. Food culture is the set of beliefs, practices and preferences that influence how we produce, consume and enjoy food. It's a way to express our identity, connect with others and explore new possibilities. That's why we created the Food Heritage 1 platform. Here we will try to capture the names of traditional dishes of different countries and their description. Moreover, various types of healthy, delicious and juices are described. We are Md. Mominul Islam Sarkar, Post Graduate (Accounting), Jagannath University, Dhaka and Jahanara Sarkar, Graduate (Strategic Science), Government College, Cumilla. Both love to cook, taste and discuss different foods. So this is our small attempt to discuss different famous food of the world.

ফুড হেরিটেজে ১ এ স্বাগতম

এখানে বিশ্বের বিখ্যাত কিছু ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা প্রয়াস। খাদ্য সংস্কৃতি, বিশ্বাস, অভ্যাস এবং পছন্দের সেট যা আমরা কীভাবে খাদ্য উৎপাদন, গ্রহণ এবং উপভোগ করি তা প্রভাবিত করে। এটি আমাদের পরিচয় প্রকাশ করার, অন্যদের সাথে সংযোগ স্থাপন এবং নতুন সম্ভাবনাগুলি অন্বেষণ করার একটি উপায়।তাই আমরা এই ফুড হেরিটেজ ১ (Food Heritage 1) প্লাটফর্ম তৈরি করেছি।এখানে আমরা বিভিন্ন দেশের ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবারের নাম এবং তাদের বিবরণ ধরার চেষ্টা করব। তাছাড়া বিভিন্ন ধরনের স্বাস্থ্যকর, মজাদার ও জুস এর বিবরণ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

আমরা মোঃ মমিনুল ইসলাম সরকার, পোস্ট গ্রাজুয়েট (হিসাব বিজ্ঞান), জগন্নাত বিম্ববিদ্যালয়, ঢাকা এবং জাহানারা সরকার, গ্রাজুয়েট (রাস্ট্র বিজ্ঞান) , সরকারি কলেজ কুমিল্লা। দুজনেই বিভিন্ন খাবার রান্না করতে, স্বাদ নিতে এবং আলোচনা করতে ভালোবাসি। তাই বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন বিখ্যাত খাবার নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে আমাদের এই ক্ষুদ্র প্রয়াস।
